The modders for this game did a fantastic job when you consider the source material (a playstation game). That and the '1280' movie upgrade (which basically cakes a thick gaussian blur over everything but totally takes care of about 98% of the pixelation the source material) make the obvious age of the game a lot easier on the eyes. I was going to scold you for not installing the background texture overhaul, but I don't think they ever did anything in Gold Saucer, so that's probably why that looks like garbage.īut in case you didn't, you totally should.
